Pre‑separator inlet separates the product stream from the vacuum source side of the system, protecting filters and downstream components. It enables more reliable conveying of moist, sticky, abrasive, fine materials and helps remove fine dust from products such as tablets and decorative sugar. This reduces the risk of cross‑contamination at the inlet point, making it suitable for allergen‑free, gluten‑free, and color‑sensitive products. The inlet is ideal where installation space is limited, and it allows flexible placement of the connected vacuum source unit in the overall conveyor layout.
